My mission and intention is to make sure all of my clients feel good and get the service they deserve. I care about you more than Amazon cares about their customers; When you make a purchase with me, I personally follow up with you because I want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. I also may make recommendations if necessary! And to personalize things, I package all orders from my home!

Due to the nature of these items, returns/exchanges are not accepted. This is to ensure proper handling of items. However, in the event that an item you purchase is determined to be faulty, an exchange of the same item if still available or a credit for the purchased amount is permissible within 30 days of purchase. 

Please know that I personally will do everything in my nature to assure your satisfaction of your order. This may include store credit, exchange of item (when applicable), etc.
